Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the ParchaPro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ParchaPro is designed for use by:

• Licensed medical professionals (doctors) registered with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical councils
• Authorized clinic staff under the supervision of a licensed doctor
• Medical shop owners/staff for receiving prescription notifications

By using ParchaPro, you represent that you are a licensed medical professional or authorized user as described above.

ParchaPro provides:

• Digital prescription writing and management tools
• Patient history storage and retrieval
• WhatsApp-based prescription delivery (via deep link)
• Medical shop notification system
• Medicine list management

ParchaPro is a prescription management and communication tool ONLY. It is NOT a medical advice platform, clinical decision support system, or electronic health record (EHR) in the regulatory sense. Doctors remain solely responsible for all medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions. ParchaPro does not verify the medical accuracy of any prescription entered.

As a user of ParchaPro, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful medical practice purposes
• Ensure all prescriptions comply with applicable laws and medical regulations
• Obtain appropriate patient consent before entering patient information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Not use the app to prescribe controlled substances in violation of applicable law
• Verify all medicine names, dosages, and instructions before sending to patients

Subscription operations run under the following terms:

• ParchaPro offers a free trial period as specified in the app
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

All content, design, code, and features of ParchaPro are the intellectual property of ParchaPro Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

Data control guidelines apply as follows:

• You retain ownership of all prescription data and patient information you enter
• You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service
• You may export or delete your data at any time

You agree NOT to:

• Use ParchaPro for any illegal purpose
• Enter false patient information
• Share patient data with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service
• Impersonate other doctors or medical professionals

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParchaPro and ParchaPro Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Medical errors or patient harm resulting from prescriptions written using the app
• Data loss due to device failure, user error, or circumstances beyond our control
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
