Welcome to ParchaPro ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of doctors, clinic staff, patients, and medical shop users who use the ParchaPro mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using ParchaPro, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when using the App:

• Doctor's name, clinic name, mobile number, medical specialty, degree, and registration number
• Patient name, mobile number, age, gender, and family contact number (optional)
• Prescription details including medicines, dosage, frequency, and recheck dates
• Medical shop name and WhatsApp number

We collect information automatically when you use ParchaPro:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• App usage data (screens visited, features used) for improving the product
• Error logs for debugging purposes

We explicitly do not collect or access the following:

• We do not collect payment card details (handled by Razorpay)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone without explicit permission
• We do not collect any health data beyond what you enter manually

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your doctor account
• Generate and store digital prescriptions
• Enable WhatsApp message delivery via deep link (WhatsApp opens on your device — we do not send messages directly)
• Provide patient history and search functionality
• Send recheck reminders within the app
• Notify medical shop of new prescriptions
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Respond to your support requests

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase / PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit
• Prescription PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission
• Access to your clinic data is restricted to your account only
• We do not sell, rent, or share your patient data with any third parties for commercial purposes

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With your explicit consent
• With service providers who help us operate the app (database, storage, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements
• When required by law or valid legal process

Doctors using ParchaPro are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from patients before entering their information into the app. Patient data entered is accessible only to the treating doctor.

ParchaPro uses WhatsApp deep links to open WhatsApp on the doctor's device with a pre-filled message. We do not access your WhatsApp account, contacts, or message history. The doctor manually sends the message.

We retain your data under the following parameters:

• Account data is retained as long as your subscription is active
• After account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@parchapro.in

ParchaPro is intended for use by licensed medical professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your prescription data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase — database and authentication

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
